Cancellation & Refund Policy

DIVYA DARSHAN TOURS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process.
  • DIVYA DARSHAN TOURS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case you Any services not specifically requested, confirmed, and mentioned on the vouchers will not be provided.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the DIVYA DARSHAN TOURS, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • In case of natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or government restrictions, refunds will be processed based on our discretion.

  • Failure to provide necessary documents may result in trip cancellation without a refund.

4. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, or injury during the trip.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety. We recommend carrying any required medications and personal safety gear.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
